Look over the music to the 3rd movement and make sure you have the material memorized. Play along with a metronome at a slower tempo (100bpm) and then work it up to around 140 if possible but only as fast as you can get it cleanly played!
Turn in a video of yourself performing the warm-ups today. This would be the brass playing both lip slur exercises and the woodwinds playing through both technique exercises.
You should practice them with a metronome to develop disciplined timing! Remember, these exercises help build up endurance and dexterity.

This week we want to perform America the Beautiful for our Pre-Game Performance!
You will record yourself performing America the Beautiful. I have attached a recording that you can follow as you play. It doesn't have to be perfect but I want you to do your very best. We have been looking at this piece for a couple of weeks now so you should have a good idea for it. It will need to be memorized by this Thursday's after-school rehearsal!
In addition, remember that your scales test is tomorrow! You will perform the G and C scales tomorrow and turn them in on flipgrid.
Remember great air support and embouchure control result in great tone quality!
