Watch the video in Task 2 and then complete the quiz below.

Use the slides to answer the prompts on the Independent Study on Cellular Division. 


In-class students -- You will receive a paper copy of the worksheet.


Absent students -- You will need to print off a copy of the worksheet, if possible.

Use the Google Slides to complete the notes. 


In-class Students -- You will receive a printed copy of the note sheet to fill in with your answers.


Absent Students -- You may print the notes. If you are not able to print, you will need to get the paper when you return to class and complete the assignment.

Open the slides. Read the slides, thinking about what you are reading. Fill in the graphic organizer as you work your way through the slides. 


In-class students: use the printed sheet provided in class to complete the organizer.
Absent students: Use the Google form provided to complete the organizer.

You will need to take a picture/pictures of your study card for unit one and submit them here. I MUST be able to read your information in the picture. 


Go to classwork topic heading: HOW TO SUBMIT ASSIGNMENTS ON GOOGLE for help.  (This is best because the video shows you what your actual Google Classwork pages will look like to you. Ü)


TO TURN IN WITH ATTACHMENT (example: today's STUDY CARD assignment due)
1. click on CLASSWORK tab.
2. click on assignment.
3. click on "VIEW ASSIGNMENT" bottom left of the window. Will open another window. 
4. click on the + Add or create button near top right of the window under "Your work."
5. Here you can add any file in your Google drive. If you have stored your pictures on your hard drive (wherever you saved your pictures) you can attach them and then SUBMIT. 


Remember I must be able to clearly see your work. Retake any blurry pictures as I will not be able to count the points you may have earned if I cannot read your card.

2. Read the cards and record your answers in the answer sheet that is attached.

Please answer the question within the first 30 minutes of class so that I can accurately record your attendance.

1. Click on VIEW ASSIGNMENT.
2. Click on the link under the title "Evidence for Evolution Web Quest."
3. Follow the directions on the web quest. Questions SHOULD be in order (I think). That means if you cannot find the answer it should be in the information after the last question you answered.

4. TO ANSWER the questions, click on the text box just above the answer line or on a text box that is under the question. 
5. SUBMIT your assignment by end of class on Friday. Ü
