Today we will get a workout in. Each exercise will last for 45 seconds, with a 15-second break. Each circuit lasts 3 minutes, and you must complete 3 rounds of a circuit before advancing to the next. There is a video link embedded into Google docs where it will direct you to YouTube. On that YouTube video, Coach Harp and I demonstrate every exercise.

Principles of Training

When starting an exercise routine we have to understand the different principles of training. We need to identify what is right for us, how much is too much, and how we can assess growth. Training the right way will effectively help us maximize our ability to grow in the areas of physical fitness such as:


Cardiovascular Endurance
Muscular Endurance
Muscular Strength
Flexibility
