If you are absent for whatever reason, please email and I will forward you the assignments you need. Otherwise, they will be waiting for you in class.

1. Watch the videos and view the presentations on setting and characterization
2. As you are doing so, complete all of the green slides (except the last one--you can do that tomorrow after you read the story).

Follow the directions for each individual assignment

1. Your final assignment is to create your "other" or doppelganger.
2. First, complete the attached graphic organizer as a way to think about your doppelganger. Be sure to make this "character" have the opposite characteristics of yourself.
3. The graphic organizer is due on Friday.
4. The story is due on Monday, August 23, at the end of class.

Remember you must answer attendance question in order to be considered present for the day!
