Learning Target: I will solve systems of equations using all methods.

Success Criteria: I can graph a linear equation. I can substitution one expression into another. I can solve for a variable. I can identify standard form of a linear equation.  

Daily 10 (mini Quiz)

Instructional Strategies:

• Opening (I do): None

• Work Session (We do-You do): Complete handout on the Unit 2B review systems of equations.    

• Closing (We check): Students will come to the board and share solutions with the class. Class discussions will arise when necessary.

Differentiation Strategies: Scaffolding throughout lesson and applications will be provided for rigor. Students will work with pairs at some points throughout the assignment.

Formative/Summative Assessment(s) (We check): Students will come to the board and share solutions with the class. Class discussions will arise when necessary. Ticket out the door.
