Learning Target: Students will find slope and y-intercept from a graph and will find slope and y-intercept from 2 points given that 1 point is the y-intercept


Success Criteria:

I can read slope and y-intercept from a graph

I can identify the y-intercept as an ordered pair

I can calculate slope from two points

I can write an equation in slope-intercept form

Introduction/Connection: 


Review finding slope from two points

DIRECT INSTRUCTION:

Write slope intercept equations form a graph

Write slope intercept equations given two points
