Stress and Anxiety are common feelings that most people face at some point and in some aspect of their lives. Active Minds is a great website offering information about Stress and Anxiety. There are also some self-care tips and strategies that help reduce those stressful and anxious feelings.
 
Mindfulness is a research-proven method of reducing stress. Calm is a great app that has breathing exercises and soothing sounds and sleep stories that encourage restful sleep.
