Juniors and/or seniors must download and complete the form to obtain prior approval for a college visit.

Please follow the instructions for submitting the online request to obtain attendance verification for a Georgia Driver's Permit.

Dual enrollment students must complete the DE Contract every semester during the DE registration period.

Students must submit the Dual Enrollment Funding Application on GAfutures once every school year.

Parents/guardians must submit their portion of the Dual Enrollment Funding Application (i.e., DE Parent Agreement) on GAfutures once every school year.

Please allow up to one (1) full week for the Transportation Department to process the request.

Please follow the instructions for submitting the completed form and supporting documents.

The parent or guardian provides written consent for clinical counseling services by completing the online Client Registration Form.

Glynn Academy students should submit the GAVS Student Agreement prior to registering for courses on georgiavirtuallearning.org.

A maximum of seven (7) attendance incidents during the school year can be excused with a parent note.

Students must submit the online request for a counselor recommendation with a copy of the student's resume at least two (2) weeks prior to the deadline.

Please follow the instructions for submitting a request for testing accommodations for the ACT and/or College Board exams (SAT, PSAT, AP Exams, etc.).

Minors who are 14 or 15 years old must obtain a work permit at the Glynn County Schools Administrative Offices located at 1313 Egmont Street, Brunswick, GA.
