Golden Rule student of the month for September is Diego Nakay. Here is his nomination:

Since Diego started at GA over 3 years ago, he has been one of the first people I think  of when I think about the Golden Rule. He is not over the top and flashy, but he is consistently kind, friendly, and genuinely happy to be at school. He makes you feel seen at a time when most kids are focused on phones and friends. Diego takes time to stop by my office just to see how I am doing, and he actually means it. He moved away his junior year and his presence was truly missed. He is back at GA and spreading his kindness and hospitality everywhere he goes. He makes GA and my days better.
