Standards Addressed:
MGSE.9-12.G.CO.1 Know precise definitions of angle, circle, perpendicular line, parallel line, and line segment, based on the undefined notions of point, line, distance along a line, and distance around a circular arc.

Learning Targets /Success Criteria:
I can apply the angle addition postulate to solve for missing angles in a triangle or diagram.
I can solve problems involving angle bisectors by finding the measures of angles using algebraic equations.

Introduction/Connection: (Activator): TBA.

Direct Instruction/Guided Practice:
--Introduce Angle Addition Postulate and Angle Bisector Theorem with foldable (attached below).
--Guide students in completing selected problems on angle bisector worksheet (attached below).

Resources: DeltaMath or IXL.

Assignment:
1) Angle addition postulate and angle bisector theorem w/s (attached below).
2) Students will complete the following IXLs (PLEASE START THESE AT HOME):
--B1 Lines, line segments, and rays (shortcut XFC)
--B2 Properties of planes, lines, and points (shortcut SVU)
--C1 Angle Vocabulary (9U2)
--C2 Angle measures (BCQ)
