MGSE.9-12.G.CO.9 Prove theorems about lines and angles. Theorems include: vertical angles are congruent; when a transversal crosses parallel lines, alternate interior angles are congruent and corresponding angles are congruent; points on a perpendicular bisector of a line segment are exactly those equidistant from the segment's endpoints.
MGSE.9-12.G.CO.10: Prove theorems about triangles. Theorems include: measures of interior angles of a triangle sum to 180 degrees, base angles of isosceles triangles are congruent, the segment joining midpoints of two sides of a triangle is parallel to the 3rd side and half the length, medians of a triangle meet at a point.

Learning Targets/Success Criteria:
--I can identify linear pairs, adjacent angles, vertical angles, complementary angles and supplementary angles and provide a definition and/or example.
--I can apply properties of linear pair relationships and solve for missing variables or angles.
--I can classify triangles by their sides and angles.
--I can prove the measures of interior angles of a triangle sum to 180 degrees.
--I can use the Triangle Sum Theorem to find missing angles of a triangle.
--I can identify exterior and interior angles.
--I can use the Exterior Angle Theorem to solve for missing variables and angles of a triangle.
--I can write an inequality to represent the possible lengths for the third side of a triangle given the other two sides.
--I can apply the Side Angle Inequality to order sides and angles of triangles from smallest to largest.
--I can apply the triangle inequality to determine if sides lengths create a triangle.
--I can apply the properties of isosceles and equilateral triangles to find missing sides or angles of the triangle.
