Learning Target: I know that I have learned it when I can:

I can demonstrate basic geographical knowledge and can make accurate assumptions about French culture based on this knowledge.

Success Criteria:
I know the name, location and relevance of each of France's external neighbors.
I know the name, location, relevance and description of each of France's mountain ranges and rivers.
I know how France is divided up.
I know the name, location, relevance and description of at least 5 provinces.
I know the name, location, relevance and description of at least 5 CITIES!!!

INTRODUCTION: Adjective warm-up = GIMKIT!!!!


DIRECT INSTRUCTION:

We'll review France's best provinces! - We'll place and describe them - examining historical/geographical importance. Can you imagine how the French spoken in each might be different?

We'll start learning about some spectacular French cities. You will responsable for knowing where 3 are located and what you can expect to see in each!
