Describe a home.

Success Criteria:

I know the meanings of 50+ vocabulary items relating to the "home"
I know 10+ prepositions.
I can put these together to describe a home.
I can use "new" irregular verbs (sortir family + voir)


Introduction/Connection: True or False - see powerpoint slide # 26

DIRECT INSTRUCTION/WORK SESSION:

We'll warm up our vocab words (rooms and furniture) using pictures (flashcards & slides).
We'll warm up our prepositions - act them out!

We'll complete a reading comprehension worksheet - draw what you read/understand.

We'll practice writing true sentences about the house we just drew.

Intro - Ma Maison Project - we'll review the expectations and check out some examples - see project description attached - there are also examples in the powerpoint

Homework - Begin work on your project - it will be due Next Wednesday
