Introduction/Connection: Shakespeare warm-up - what does it say??

Direct Instruction:

Could there be another past tense????


The Passe Simple- what is it, why would we use it, who would??? We'll review the rules and try to use it. - see Passe Simple - Shakespeare powerpoint

We'll practice being 'Literary Genuises'


We'll try to find it in a work of great merit "Goldilocks" and decide where/when it's being used.


We'll also use the work to practice reading and speaking in French.
