Standard/s: MLIII.IP2B Begin to participate in oral and written activities reflecting the past

Learning Target: I know that I have learned it when I can:
-I can understand and correctly use PRONOUNS in French.

Success Criteria:
I know which to use when.
I know where to put them ( 1 verb, 2 verbs, negatives & commands)

INTRODUCTION:

Interviews with D.Os and I.Os - be ready to answer me with a pronoun - ex. Aimes-tu le rap? Parles-tu souvent à tes parents?


DIRECT INSTRUCTION/WORK SESSION:

We'll review our I.O.s and D.O.s - equivalents and placement. We'll prove we can use both. We'll finish the worksheet we started yesterday.

We'll use Gimkit to see if we understand our pronouns.

Let's learn the Pronoun "Y" - meaning, usage, where to use it, verbs that typically force it.


If you are at home, please review slides #32 - 37 of attached powerpoint and watch the YouTube videos. I also attached a link to the University of Texas - French department page - they usually do a great job explaining grammar and they include practice sentences you can try and then check your response.


We will do written and oral practice.
