Learning Target: I know that I have learned it when I can:

I can say hello and present myself in French to various people.
I can say Good-bye.
I can ask someone their name and tell them mine.
I can ask someone how they are doing and tell them how I am.

Success Criteria:

I know vocabulary needed.
I know how to pronounce our vocabulary.
I know how to use these expressions to create conversations.

Daily 10 - slide # 14 - 16 (Quiz warm-up) - See: French I - Daily 10 powerpoint - attached below


DIRECT INSTRUCTION:

- We will do a solid review: listening & responding, reading & responding and translating. I will help polish any areas of weakness.

- We will take our first quiz (Greetings).

-We will review how to count from 0 - 20 .


-We'll practice hearing/reading and identifying them.


- We will learn to count up to 40 taking notes and perfecting our pronunciation. If you are absent, the notes on the attached powerpoint - see slides attached

-We will use math, songs, games, and puzzles to practice.


- We'll tackle the 50s if time allows.
