One last round of interviews: age, phone number, birthday - we'll be sure we can answer each and will work to be able to ask each


What's a cognate - Daily 10

DIRECT INSTRUCTION:

We'll dive into what is a cognate - we'll see how many you can figure out. See slides #18 -19 "Francais 1 - Daily 10" powerpoint below

Intro-chapter vocabulary - how to say what we like/dislike
We'll take notes, practicing the meanings, pronunciations and usages of all vocab - see slides # 2- 11 on the "Francais 1 - likes & dislikes" powerpoint If you are at home - please copy all French words down into your notes. You can ask a friend to send a copy of their notes for the English meanings, or look them up online.

We'll practice reading these new expressions - see slide # 14
We'll practice talking about which we like/dislike.


We'll begin adding on new vocab - see slides #15-16
