Learning Target: I know that I have learned it when I can:
Describe what someone is wearing.
Read descriptions and "see" the image.

Success Criteria:

I know the meanings/spellings of 50 + clothing nouns.
I know appropriate descriptors to describe clothing.
I can build grammatically correct sentences to describe what someone is wearing.


Introduction/Connection: Warm-up translations

DIRECT INSTRUCTION/WORK SESSION:

Clothing Unit Vocabulary Review- we will:

1. See it and say it (using clothing props I have in my room) - if you are absent, review your vocabulary and describe what the people around you are wearing.

2. We will see how much of our chapter you have learned in a recognition quiz

3. Fashion show - we'll practice and perform the skits we started yesterday

4. Gimkit!
