DIRECT INSTRUCTION:

We'll dive into what is a cognate - we'll see how many you can figure out. See slides #2 - 7 "Francais 1 - likes & dislikes" powerpoint


Intro-chapter vocabulary - how to say what we like/dislike
We'll take notes, practicing the meanings, pronunciations and usages of all vocab - see slides # 8- 13. If you are at home - please copy all French words down into your notes.

We'll practice reading these new expressions - see slide # 14
We'll practice talking about which we like/dislike.


We'll begin adding on new vocab - see slides #15-16
