Learning Target: I know that I have learned it when I can:
Ask a perfect question.
Comprehend a question I am being asked and answer it.

Success Criteria:

I know my question words (who, what, where, when, etc)
I can use both the est-ce que and inversion formulas.


Introduction/Connection: Give me a one word answer to my question! We'll use the white boards to show our speed!

DIRECT INSTRUCTION/WORK SESSION:

Let's show we can use all 4 formulae- ask this question 4 ways:

Real answering questions practice- students will read a short introduction about the artist Stromae. They will answer questions about him. Then students will need to ask me more questions orally in order to find out even more to answer the last questions.
