I know how to activate prior knowledge, use context clues for new words, make assumptions, take chances, to understand written French.

I know how to paraphrase and/or word my analysis in French


Introduction: We'll listen to recordings of the text for chapter 18 & 19


DIRECT INSTRUCTION/WORK SESSION:

Half of the class will work on Ch 18 - the others will work on 19.

We'll seek to - 1. Understand it 2. Acknowledge the symbol 3. Analyze it 4. Repackage it (what would could symbolize that issue in 2024.

We'll listen to and cry through ch 20
