Read Le Petit Prince beyond the plot

Success Criteria:
I can identify emotion in a reading.
I can recognize tone.

Introduction: Remember - vocab test = Friday!

DIRECT INSTRUCTION/WORK SESSION:

We'll reread the dedication.

We'll settle on 7 "Big Questions" to finish off our time with the Petit Prince. Students will independently sketch their own ideas to each question then will swap ideas with friends.

We'll also try to come up with the main "themes" of the book. We'll craft a beautiful answer to: Le Petit Prince: de quoi s'agit-il? (The Little Prince, what's that book about?)

We'll prep for our movie watching.
