I can explain what happens if there is a tie in the Electoral College.

I can explain what happens if no candidate receives at least 26 votes in the House of Representatives.

I can explain how the number of electors is determined for each state.

I can explain how the electors choose the candidate.

I can explain when, where, and how the formal election of the President and Vice President take place.

I can explain the 23rd Amendment and the role it plays in the election process.
