DIRECT INSTRUCTION:

Let's warm-up our question words! We'll use flashcards and some quick-quizzes

Now let's review the formulae for asking a question 3 ways (notes from Thursday), practicing each as we go

Let's try asking 1 question 3 ways: ex. You eat pizza? 1. Tu manges la pizza (voice goes up)? 2. Tu manges la pizza, n'est-ce pas? 3. Est-ce que tu manges la pizza?


We'll learn the final way to ask a question (inversions) and we'll practice it at length
