Introduction/Connection: Tell me the difference(s) - Nous mangions quand tu es arrive.

Direct Instruction:


Lesson: the 'other' past tense = L'Imparfait


Formation - we'll learn to form it -see Powerpoint below slides #1-12- we'll the simple but important steps! We'll practice it until it is super easy!!

We'll practice creating it - we'll read (and then write our own) sentences about what we did when we were little. see slides #13-18 (L'imparfait ou PC Powerpoint)

Gimkit practice!

We'll examine (and draw) the differences between it and the P.C. - we'll try naming the correct tense for any sentence we can think of. We'll tell stories and yell out the tense we'll need.
