Introduction/Connection: Let's warm-up our formation!

Direct Instruction:

Imperfect formation quiz! Extra credit - recreate your chart (drawings)


Let's review when to use each of the 2 tenses - we'll talk through the meanings behind the drawings. We'll give them numbers and use those to prove our choices when determining which to use (see slides #34-36). We'll use slide #37 and 38 to see how the same verb would translate in both tenses.
Let's practice forming both tenses - we'll use slides #39-40 and complete the bottom of yesterday's worksheet

Finally we'll practice both skills together - Determine your tense and then form correctly.
