Graduation and Guest Seating at Glynn County Stadium

The stadium gates will open at 6:30 p.m. Seating is first come first serve. Guests are not permitted to enter the stadium before graduation and place reserved signs on any seats. Handicapped seating will be on the first two rows in the stands. As a courtesy to other guests, no balloons or large signs will be permitted in the stands.

Graduates should line up in their designated spots under the stands at or before 7:00 p.m. Females will be on the home side and males on the visitors' side. Guests will be seated in both the home and visitor stands. The stage will be located in the end zone under the big screen and will be equally visible to both sides. No tickets are required to attend graduation.

The Formal Graduation Ceremony
Due to the formal nature of the Graduation Ceremony, we ask all parents, friends, and guests to follow some basic rules associated with the Commencement:

All guests are asked to remain seated from the time the processional begins until the conclusion of the recessional (except for the pledge, the National Anthem, and the Glynn Academy Alma Mater) Students will recess directly to the parking lot and there will be no gathering on the field. Attendees will not be permitted on the field before, during, or after the graduation ceremony. Once the graduates have cleared the field, the audience will be dismissed through the ticket gates.
When the graduates are introduced, all guests are asked to hold their applause until the conclusion of the Graduation Ceremony to allow each graduate’s name to be clearly heard by all.
Please remember, to ensure everyone’s ability to see during the graduation ceremony, guests are not permitted to stand and move to take pictures. No balloons or large placards that would limit the visibility of others will be allowed in the stands.
