Learning Target: I know that I have learned it when I can:
use my knowledge of French Pronunciation, Intonations, and linguistics to give a presentation in French.

Success Criteria:

I know and respect pronunciation rules such as Liasion, silent letters, etc
I understand what I am saying so that my intonation is logical and comprehensible.

Introduction/Connection:

Let's warm-up our pronunciation! Students will mark up a passage with pronunciation cues (we'll use the "lecture" from Tuesday)

DIRECT INSTRUCTION/WORK SESSION:

Students will practice again saying their sentences (remember your goal - why are you the GOAT) - this time with a new partner. We'll switch again and do one more round. Presentations will begin tomorrow!

Let's dive further into Olympic Controversies. We'll seek to discuss why some countries find more success than others. We'll try to predict what the studies have found, we'll listen as they tell us their findingss and we'll debate what else we believe needs to be considered.
