Learning Targets: I can evaluate limits at infinity. I know the meaning of a limit at infinity.

Success Criteria: I can identify horizontal asymptotes. 

Introduction/Connection: Have students recall that they learned "end behavior" in Algebra 2 and ask if they remember the short cuts. 

Direct Instruction: Address any HW questions first then direct instruction/notes on limits at infinity.

Guided Practice: Students will then pair/share a limits at infinity WS; Students will pair share their solutions and questions on the assignment. Teacher observes.

Independent/Collaborative Practice/Differentiation: Scaffolding throughout lesson
