I know the meanings of 30+ regular verbs.
I know how to conjugate a regular ER verb.
I know how to conjugate a regular IR verb.
I know how to conjugate a regular RE verb.
I can use these verbs in conversation.


Introduction/Connection: Remember your essay is due Monday. We'll try reading some great sentences and editing some awful ones. We'll discuss whether or not we should trust Google Doc's corrections.



DIRECT INSTRUCTION/WORK SESSION:

Let's finish defining our list of ER verbs (a few old but lot's of new). We'll do some charades to practice them.

How do you conjugate an ER verb? Let's go a step further - can you conjugate in your help (picture the spelling) and then correctly pronouce it? We'll practice this skill until we can rock it!

We'll practice translating some great ER sentences and write some of our own.

Let's learn IR verbs - we'll start by learning the meanings.
