DIRECT INSTRUCTION/WORK SESSION:

Chapter 4 - let's read with a friend! Here are my expectations - 1 person reads (you choose how long you want), other person will translate. Learn to help when needed but don't underestimate your friend. After 2 paragraphs, work together to sum up what was said. Be ready to report back to the group.

We'll begin to work through the bigger concepts from chap 1-3. Some topics we'll discuss, others we'll tackle in writing. (Hint - we'll be writing our first essay very soon!)
