Introduction: Let's check out another 'old' Baobab essay - what works? what needs work???

DIRECT INSTRUCTION/WORK SESSION:

We'll discuss how your essays are coming along. Let's check that you have the following - 1. hook 2. claim 3. lots of evidence (chiffres) 4. seeds,soil, shrubbery, tree 5. solution


Let's continue digging into the Subjunctive more closely - usage 1. What actually is the Subjunctive and why do we need it? How do these expressions force us to use it? Can we avoid it?

We'll try our hand at reading Subjunctified sentences and of course we will write out own.
