I know and can use the proper formulae to ask a question.
I know the question words, who, what, where, etc.
I know what to focus on to understand a question that I see or hear.
I know how to respond to a question.

DIRECT INSTRUCTION:

Let's try more Question Word (who, what, where, etc) Races!!!! Feel the pressure :)

We'll practice reading and understanding questions and then we'll try hearing and understanding questions.

Let's look again at the 4 formulas we can use to ask a question.

We'll review/pronounce the Est-ce Que Questions we wrote out yesterday (paper we folded). We'll discuss the "things people usually mess up on".

We'll then 'unfold' the paper and work to rewrite the same questions this time using Inversion. Let's compare - which side was easier? shorter? looks weirder?
