Learning Target: I am making cultural comparisons between my culture and the target culture (Latin/Hispanic Culture). I am reviewing cognates.
Success Criteria: I can recognize cognates and recognize similarities between my language and target language.
I understand Quinceanera Celebrations, and I can compare it to celebrations in my culture.
I can create my own empanada menu.

MAKE A COPY OF ALL ATTACHMENTS BEFORE YOU START TO EDIT

You will need headphones to complete activities. Headphones are available in baskets on top of chromebook cart. All digital assignment must be turned in via email to [email protected].
Click on "Copy of Cognates Reading Digital Version" and make your own copy before you edit. Complete and email to [email protected]
Click on "Copy of sub-plan- Quinceanera Infographic (Novice)" AND MAKE A COPY before you edit. This requires you to create an infographic/Canva presentation, so make sure YOU READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS ON DOCUMENT BEFORE STARTING. If a link does not work, do your own research using google search.
If done with those two assignments before bell rings:
