Learning Target: I am continuing to work on and learn family vocabulary, the conjugation of the verb tener & I am starting to learn the possessive adjectives.
Success Criteria: I know I have it when I can describe family members with the right conjugation of the verbs SER (which we learned previously), and the verb TENER (currently learning). I will also know I have it when I can include possessive adjectives (mi, mis, tu, tus, su, sus, nuestro, nuestros) & Adjectives
Hazlo Ahora: Write a rough draft of your 5 paragraphs describing family members. I need to approve it before you write it on poster. While you are waiting for your turn to be approved, you can glue the images on to the poster.

Start Poster Project:
Poster project must include images cut out from the magazines and newspapers provided. Glue the pictures onto the postboard. Under each picture, include a few complete sentences describing that fictional family member. The description must integrate family vocabulary, adjectives (from previous and current adjective vocabs), the verbs tener & ser, personal pronouns, colors, and age.
For example: Mi madre es Elvira. Mi madre tiene pelo corto y rizado. Ella tiene el pelo rubio. Mi madre tiene sesenta años. Ella es cariñosa y simpática. Mi madre es baja y ambiciosa.

Please invest the appropriate amount of time and energy on this project. This is a great practice to incorporate all subjects learned.
