-I can understand and create the Literary past tense - Le Passe Simple.
Success Criteria:
I know how to form it.
I know when to use it.
Introduction/Connection: What happened next? Students will write out the next events of their story
Direct Instruction:
Let's go back to your story. We will complete 2 body paragraphs today. What happened in your story. Tell it in FRENCH.
Your essay must be typed/submitted by Friday!
What is the PQP? Explain how it is used and how it is formed?
Lets' look for at least one place where the PQP works wellin your essay (MAKE it work!). You might want to add "before that" or "already" to make it flow smoothly. Remember transition words and varying your tenses makes more for a richer and easier to follow story.
We'll do a written practice of the PQP and those great adverbs we learned.
