Standard/s: MLIII.IP2B Begin to participate in oral and written activities reflecting the past

Learning Target: I know that I have learned it when I can:
-I can understand and correctly use the FUTUT in French.

Success Criteria:
I know how to form The Conditionnel
I know when/how to use it (vocab, clauses, etc)

INTRODUCTION:
Quick review of the Futur stems - we're going to need them for the next chapter too!


DIRECT INSTRUCTION/WORK SESSION:

We'll review the rules to forming the Futur and learn it's friend 'Le Conditionnel'

We'll compare/contrast both the usage and the formation of these 2 similar verbs. We'll practice choosing the best one in different situations.

We'll jump right into using it. Translating from and into French.

Le Systeme D - we'll learn this Frenchism and try our hand at demonstrating our aptitude (using the conditional of course)
