Learning Target: I know that I have learned it when I can:
-I can understand and create ALL of the French PAST TENSES!

Success Criteria:
I know how to form them.
I know when/how/why to use each of them!


Introduction/Connection: What's the difference??? Can you believe you know 5 tenses?!?!?!


Direct Instruction:

Last Look: What is it? Who uses it? How do we get rid of it?
- We'll read a few short fairy tales - which 'tale' is it????/

Passe Simple Gimkit


We'll use the last slides of the PQP Powerpoint to examine ALL of the Tenses we have learned to date!
- How do they sound different in English?
- Which do I use when?
- Can you form 1 verb 5 ways?


We'll do a written practice tense of all 5 tenses!


We'll Kahoot it out!
