Learning Target:
I am continuing to learn the house vocabulary and to correctly compose sentences using verb tener, verb ser, "hay," prepositions, & House vocabulary.
I am using my house vocabulary knowledge to label & illustrate my dream home.
Success Criteria:
I know I have it when I can write in Spanish (with correct grammar) how to say things like: "My house has 5 bedrooms," "My house is big," "There is a garden in front of my house," "There are four cars in my garage." The written part of the Dream House Project will be a reflector of having met this success criteria.
I can label and complete my dream house project.

HOUSE/FAMILY

2. ¿Tienes hermanos? ¿Cuántos?
3. ¿Cómo es tu casa o apartamento? ¿Hay una cocina?
4. ¿Cuántos pisos hay en tu casa/apartamento?
5. ¿Hay muchos edificios en Glynn Academy?
6. ¿Hay una cafetería cerca de tu clase de español?
7. ¿Hay muchos papeles en tu mochila?

WORK ALONE: Write the description of your dream home using
the 18 words attached, the verb "tener," "hay," and prepositions. Feel free to use in addition more vocabulary that has been learned in class (colors, adjectives, definite & Indefinite articles, verb "SER," etc).


Begin artistic portion of project (illustration of dream home)

*Illustrations with prepositions: (NOTE: "de" follows prepositions, "de la" in front of a feminine noun), changes to "DEL" in front of a masculine noun.
