The Glynn Academy Ethnology Club joined with community partners to dedicate the new Ibo Landing Historical Marker. This maker is one of five markers approved this year by the Georgia Historical Society out of 25 submissions. Community partners included: The Georgia Historical Society, the Coastal Georgia Historical Society, Saint Simons African American Heritage Coalition, and The Saint Simons Land Trust.
