CONGRATULATIONS to Jesse Knowles for being named the 2025 Golden Rule Paragon Award winner!

Coach Knowles uses his time with students to enrich their lives with understanding and compassion. The one thing that is noticed about coach Knowles is that he truly treats the students like he, himself would like to be treated. He works to get them involved in new and different ways around campus which helps keep them engaged in their high school experience. A few examples are, he started a Men's Volleyball club and continues an Esports team. These are some of the underrepresented groups on campus and they have a fun sport to be involved in because coach Knowles makes it happen. In an era where it is easy for teachers and coaches to say that students just don't want to do anything, he doesn't use that excuse or let that mindset into his classroom. He is the kind of teacher that every parent would want their child to get to experience. He is a fantastic example of living the Golden Rule.
