Glynn Academy Media Center Mission Statement: To provide instruction and resources to ensure patrons are provided with information literacy skills that will lead to academic success and further lifelong learning.

Hours of Operation:
Monday – Friday 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Monday – Thursday extended tutoring hours 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Media Center Rules and Procedures:

* You must always wear your school issued ID when in the media center. Replacement costs: IDs $5.00, Lanyard $1.00, and Badge Holder $1.00. New IDs can be purchased in the media center.

* When you come into the media center before or after school or during lunch, you must stop at the front desk and check in by scanning your ID into the Time Clock computer.

* When you leave a class to visit us you must remember to bring a media center pass signed by your teacher. This gives you permission to enter our doors. Stop off at the front desk to have your pass signed when you enter and again when you leave.

*All books have a two week check out period with an overdue fine of 5¢ per day. Books may be renewed before their due date.

*Every student can have up to 5 books checked out at any given time. No items can be checked out if there are fines due to any media center in the county.

* NO FOOD and NO DRINKS in the media center.

*You are to remain seated while in the media center. 

Note: Any patron not adhering to media center rules, policies, and procedures will be asked to leave.
