5th Annual FBLA Canned Food Classic

It's that time again!! The FBLA Canned Food Classic is our largest service project of the season, and it takes all Terrors together to keep the Canley Cup from the Pirates. 

 

What is the FBLA Canned Food Classic? 

The FBLA Canned Food Classic started as a friendly competition between Brunswick High FBLA and Glynn Academy FBLA. Mr. Squires created the "Can"-ley Cup (a play on the Stanley Cup), which is used as a trophy that is passed and housed by the winner of that year. All donations are given to America's Second Harvest of Coastal Georgia. 

 

History of the FBLA Canned Food Classic:

2021- A combined collection of 3897 (GA 1967, BHS 1930)  

2022- A combined collection of 5902 (GA 4043, BHS 1859)

2023 - A combined collection of 6780 (GA 4742, BHS 2038)

2024 - A combined collection of  4837(GA 3748, BHS 1089) 

 

In our four-year drive, 21,416 food items were collected and distributed in our area. We hope you will participate in the 2025 FBLA Canned Food Classic. 

Upcoming Events:

FBLA Fridays - Bring a CAN, get CAN-dy at all lunches.

Class Competition - the class that brings in the most cans will win Cupcakes. 

CLUB Competition - the Club that donates the most cans will win a Can Champion banner.
