2026 Rotary Speech Contest

Attention Students in Grades 9 through 12! Are you looking for scholarship money? The St. Simons Island Rotary Club is offering up to $1,000 in scholarship awards for top performers in the 2026 Rotary Speech Contest in February on St. Simons Island. To enter the competition, simply write an original 3-to-4-minute speech on the theme, “Unite for Good,” and deliver it at the school-level competition, Thursday, February 12, after school. Staff volunteers will score each speech and select two (2) students from the group to represent Glynn Academy at the SSI Rotary Speech Contest on St. Simons Island, Tuesday, February 24.
