Wed, Oct 13: Quiz, Copy Trig ID's & Complete Questionnaire
1. Daily 10: Instructions for class today.
2. Go over WS 4. Any questions before the Quiz?
3. Quiz over sin, cos, tan graphing - Open "handwritten" Notes or +5 if you take the quiz without using notes.
4. Copy the following Trig Identities in your handwriting on a piece of notebook paper, show Mrs Graham.
5. Click on the Google Form below and answer EVERY question.
You will receive a grade for completion of BOTH of these assignments (#4-5). You will also need to access your Quarter 1 (9 weeks) report card to answer several of these google form questions. Therefore, make sure you have Infinite Campus grades available when you begin this questionnaire. This form must be complete before Thursday, Oct 14th at 8 am.

Fri, Sept 10: REVIEW
When you login to the Google Meet Link, be on time (10:00 am) and mute your mic. You will need either a scientific calculator or a graphing calculator. You will also need the BACK of the Geometry Review WS given to you after the matrices test.
Assignment:
1. Need help with yesterday's IXL? If so, we will do that at the start/end of class today.
2. Start looking at the attachment titled "Sept13_Notes." This is the "Geometry Review WS" #1-22(all) that we will do Monday with work. Get your questions ready before class MONDAY.
3. Our assessment covering Distance Learning Material is next TUESDAY, Sept 14 in class.
4. Class vote by POLL: counts as a Quiz or TEST? Right now it's almost tied but leaning towards a test. So we will vote again AFTER we go over the REVIEW WS.

When you log in to the Google Meet Link (on our classroom page), be on time (10:00 am) and mute your mic. You will need: paper, pencil, and CALCULATOR.
(If you have access to a printer, you may want a copy of the "Sept1_SpecRtTriangleNotes." But that isn't a requirement, so no worries if you don't have a printer).
At the beginning of class, I will give final "SAT" answers to yesterday's worksheet and give time for you to ask questions.
During the recorded part of today's lesson, Mrs Graham will teach Special Right Triangles. TAKE NOTES! I will also talk about the SAT Formulas and why I chose to do today's lesson. Paying attention should help you increase your math score on the SAT/ACT. We will use the attached PDF as notes and the assignment.

When you log in to the Google Meet Link (on our classroom page), be on time (10:00 am) and mute your mic. You will need: paper, pencil, CALCULATOR and yesterday's WS completed.
At the beginning of class, I will go over answers to yesterday's worksheet and give time for you to ask questions.
TODAY is a catch up day and I will be on our Google Meet for the entire block to help you in any way.
Make sure everything for this week is done and either uploaded on Google Classroom or finished on IXL before 4 pm today.
Then work on EXTRA CREDIT IXL Geometry code Q.4 (80).

(If you have access to a printer, you may want a copy of the attached Kuta WS pgs 1-2 or pgs 3-4. But that isn't a requirement, so no worries if you don't have a printer).
Do you need more time on yesterday's IXL codes?
During the recorded part of today's lesson, Mrs Graham will review area of a triangle using the "Multi-Step Pythagorean Theorem" WS attached. TAKE NOTES! I will also talk about the SAT rules for short answer bubble grids (links attached for SAT prep) all throughout today's lesson. Paying attention should help you increase your math score on that assessment. We will use the attached WS as notes.
Assignment due by 8 am tomorrow:
Upload a photo of your notes from today (to this assignment on Google Classroom) from attached WS #1-16 with your "SAT" answers (which is close, but not the answers the WS provides).
For yesterday's grade, finish IXL Geometry IXL Codes: C.4 (80), Q.1 (80), Q.2 (80), Q.3 (80)
