Standards: family, tener, asking and telling ages

Learning Targets: I can identify family members. I know what it means to conjugate a verb. I can say what people "have." I can conjugate "tener." I know what the five forms of "tener" are. I can ask and tell age.

Intro/Connection: How old is the United States of America? How old is the oldest living WWII veteran? How old is the oldest person in the world living today?The oldest person ever whose age has been verified is Jeanne Calment (1875–1997) of France, who died at the age of 122 years, 164 days. Tener "age talk" about Crush, Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz, Will in Stranger Things, Kim Possible, Harry Potter.

Success Criteria: I will know I have it when I can ask someone their age and tell my own age in Spanish.

Introduce the verb TENER, conjugate into notes.
