Success Criteria:

I can substitute one identity for its equivalent.

I can find to angles from the unit circle that add or subtract to give me the value of an angle not on the unit circle.

Introduction/Connection: 

Do now  -SAT/ACT Practice- students will answer multiple choice questions written in the SAT or ACT style – posted in Google Classroom

Connection – Find the exact trig value of an angle on the unit circle.

DIRECT INSTRUCTION:

 We will go over homework. I will demonstrate how to verify sum and difference formulas and point out the similarities to problems we have already done.

GUIDED PRACTICE:  

We will work Yellow Book problems on page 490 25-43 odd together.

INDEPENDENT/COLLABORATIVE PRACTICE/DIFFERENTIATION:

Students will practice independently by completing Yellow Book

p490 5 – 23 odd
