Standards: Using the verb TENER tener, asking and telling ages, prepositions

Learning Targets: I know what it means to conjugate a verb. I can say what people "have." I can conjugate "tener." I know what the five forms of "tener" are. I can ask and tell age. I can identify a few prepositions of location

Intro/Connection: ask partner aloud How old are you? Answer with a complete sentence. Write those into your Daily Tens (¿Cuántos años tienes (tú)? (Yo) tengo 14 años.

success Criteria: I will know I've got it when i can say how many rooms there are in my house.

Rewrite in notes: Use tener to tell age (I am 15 years old is literally in Spanish, "I have 15 years." But DON'T TRANSLATE IT TO ENGLISH THAT WAY! Yo tengo 15 años.¿Cuántos años tienes tú? Tengo.... años. (How old are you? I am ... years old. Answer: (Yo) Tengo 15 años.
