Introduction of FOOD vocabulary with ConnectED, repetitions of opening pages of Chapter 4 vocabulary in textbook. (list attached)
Ask and answer from "toast" to "soda, carbonated drink" in groups: Do you like... I (don't) like...) ¿Te gusta el cereal? (No) Me gusta el cereal.
If time, around the world with VERB meanings, and Verb conjugations.
Differentiation: provide puzzle pieces for students to write verb endings on for "matching" the endings to subject agreement.
Assessment Strategy:
Summarize: Ticket out the door: Tell me tone beverage you like. Start with "Me gusta."
