Introduction/Connection:
Using the students’ top ten college list we will discuss the SAT scores needed to get into the schools.
DIRECT INSTRUCTION:
Students will be working pulled into groups to work with Mrs. Carter to discuss the math problems they have been given to complete

Students learning by doing/demonstrating learning expectations. Describe the instructional process that will be used to engage the students in the work period.

GUIDED PRACTICE:
Students will work independently on given assignments from Mrs. Carter, IXL, or Khan Academy
Check Google Classroom for further instructions
INDEPENDENT/COLLABORATIVE PRACTICE/DIFFERENTIATION:
Students will be given the opportunity to work independently on the portion of the SAT that they determine is their greatest need. They will also be working on IXL assignments that will help to improve their scores. Students will also be given the opportunity to work on assignments from current classes.
